Here’s what other folks are saying about Solo Una Noche:

Gabe | Board Game Design Lab

“I had a ton of fun playing Solo Una Noche when it was a finalist in the Board Game Design Lab’s design contest. At 4 players, there was a ton of back and forth action with more interesting decisions than you’d expect from such a fast-paced card game. It was all the fun of hitting your friend with a chair without any of the legal ramifications (or brain damage).”

Daniel Zayas | The Daniel Zayas Company

“It didn’t take magic eagle eggs or stretchy pants for me to realize Solo Una Noche is the people’s champion game.”

Josh | The Board Boys Podcast

“We all absolutely loved this game. We don’t normally go too much for wrestling games, but the mechanisms in Solo Una Noche kept us coming back for multiple plays. The game played quickly enough that even if we got crushed by an opponent it was easy to reset and get another game going. We also loved the variety of game types available within the box. It was great having an option for head-to-head, tag team and battle royal depending on how many people wanted to play.

“The subtle details are where this game really shines for us. The characters are well thought out and the interesting facts about each wrestler, aren’t only hilarious, but they really flesh out the game and make it easy to root for your favorite wrestler(s). The wrestling theme may not be for everyone, but the unique characters and abilities are enjoyable and approachable enough to keep non-wrestling fans (if those even exist!) interested.”

“Everything about Solo Una Noche reminds me of the drama of professional wrestling. From over-the -top characters and zany combos you can pull off to the swing of favor for each player. There are plenty of table-pounding moments to be had when you have your opponent on the ropes only to find yourself in that same position. We had tons of fun.

“It’s a great blast of fun that feels like you’re working a no holds barred wrestling match.” —Ryan and Melody of the The Whole Card

Solo Una Noche is a light and whimsical card game full of dramatic reversals of fortune and outrageous and punishing combos.
